- 通菜 半斤
- 腐乳 2磚
- 蒜蓉 2茶匙

- 麻油 適量

1. 腐乳和麻油用匙羮搓爛成醬狀。
2. 通菜洗淨，可切段。
3. 燒紅鑊，滾油，爆香蒜茸，下腐乳醬爆香。
4. 放入通菜，炒勻至軟身加小糖， 即成。
