- 勝瓜 3支
- 蒜頭 10粒
- 蔥花 適量

- 鹽 半茶匙
- 糖 半茶匙
- 胡椒粉 半 茶匙

1. 勝瓜清洗乾淨，削皮，只選用高度相約部份，切段成圓柱狀，平均鋪在碟上備用
2. 蒜頭切成蒜茸，一半炸成黃金蒜，加入調味料與生蒜拌均成金銀蒜
3. 金銀蒜平均鋪在勝瓜頂郭件上
4. 燒熱滖水，大火隔水蒸約 8 分鐘，上桌時灑點蔥花即可
