- 西蘭花 1棵
- 蒜末 1茶匙
- 水 2湯匙
- 油 1湯匙

- 鹽1/2茶匙

- 西蘭花菜分切成小朵後洗淨。
- 在鍋中熱油1大匙炒香蒜末，放入花菜、調味料再加2大匙水，燜煮到花菜熟透即可。
