- 鹽 少 許
- 生 抽 2 茶 匙
- 糖 1 / 2 茶 匙
- 水 2 湯 匙
- 生 粉 少 許

### 做法

1. 洗 淨 銀 芽 ， 瀝 乾 水 分 。 浸 蝦 乾 至 軟 身 。
2. 香 芹 撕 去 老 葉 及 切 段 ， 薑 及 青 紅 椒 切 絲 ， 蔥 切 段 。
3. 用 少 許 油 炒 香 蝦 乾 及 青 紅 椒 絲 ， 置 碟 中 。
4. 用 2 湯 匙 油 爆 香 薑 片 及 蔥 段 ， 加 入 銀 芽 及 香 芹 炒 勻 。
5. 加 入 炒 好 的 蝦 乾 、 椒 絲 及 調 味 拌 勻 ， 即 可 上 碟 。
