花枝韭菜花是一道美味的菜餚，以下是製作步驟：

#### 材料：

- 鮮花枝/鮮魷 200克
- 鮮韭菜花 200克
- 蔥、薑、蒜、紅辣椒絲適量
- 鹽、雞粉/雞汁/喜愛的調味、料酒、生抽、胡椒粉一點及油適量

#### 步驟：

1. 鮮花枝去除內臟和骨刺，洗淨後切成適量大小的塊狀備用。韭菜花洗淨備用。
2. 鍋中倒入適量油，加入蔥薑蒜爆香。
3. 加入花枝塊翻炒一會兒，加入料酒炒勻。
