**從飲食質和量下手 有效控制血糖**

糖尿病患者要怎麼控制飲食呢？關鍵就在飲食的質和量上，且還得考慮熱量多寡來設計飲食控制計畫；林款帶醫師指出，尤其糖尿病患者的飲食是必須長期控制的，這時就得利用正確的飲食控制計畫，讓糖尿病患者達到飽足感，就能讓血糖穩定。

**改變飲食方式 不怕挨餓找上門**

林款帶說明，首先在進食速度上，應細嚼慢嚥，建議每一口嚼20至30下，若食量較大者，可靈活運用食物代換，或改變烹調方法，讓食物份量看起來多一點，像是蔬菜可採用生菜或快速水煮的方式，份量相對比炒菜較多，且應多選用菇類、蒟蒻等具有膳食纖維、低熱量的食材，都有助於增加飽足感。

**調整飲食順序 有效增加飽足感**

進食順序也應從喝湯、吃蔬菜再吃魚，接著才是肉、蛋、豆等蛋白質類的食物，把澱粉類放最後再吃，都有助於飲食控制；林款帶醫師提醒，只要懂得控制飲食的方法，且養成定時吃三餐習慣，配合運動，以及按時服藥，就能有效控制血糖，不怕因為餓肚皮破功。
