一陣陣大雨下不停，天氣潮濕悶熱，讓人很不舒服；中醫師也發現，最近天候濕氣重，致使很多人因為外濕，又再加上飲食不節，造成內濕，就會引起身體不適，除了會有皮膚病及腸胃疾病，甚至就連婦科疾病，也會更加嚴重。

**濕氣重會導致脾濕**

中醫師余雅雯表示，門診裡，最近有很多皮膚病與腸胃不適的病人來就醫，也有不人婦女因為白帶問題更加嚴重，而來看診；主要原因則是和天氣過於潮濕悶熱有關，因為濕**氣重，會導致脾濕，若是飲食不加節制，外濕引起內濕，就會致使相關疾病易於好發。**

**四神湯+茯苓糕可健脾去濕**

除了中藥治療外，濕氣重的季節，飲食也很重要；余雅雯建議，可以吃些去濕的食療，例如四神湯以及茯苓糕，可以健脾去濕，或是吃比較平性的水果，例如蘋果、芭樂、桃子與李子，以及吃暖性根莖類胡蘿蔔、馬鈴薯及深綠色蔬菜，體質虛寒者，炒菜時也可加些薑片。

**寒涼瓜果、冰涼冷飲少碰**

對於濕氣重所引起的脾濕，要如何預防呢？余雅雯醫師指出，最重要的就是不要吃過於寒涼的食物，例如寒涼的瓜果及生菜，或是冰涼冷飲，都會導致脾濕；尤其是女性的非生理性白帶，若是經常吃寒涼的食物，就會雪上加霜，甚至會引起骨盆腔發炎。除了中藥治療，以及飲食節制之外，平常睡飽也很重要，因為睡飽才能提升免疫力。
