- 玉鮑 1罐
- 生菜 4兩

調味：

- 生抽少許蠔油
- 3湯匙糖 1茶匙
- 水適量

做法：鑊放入適量的水，把玉鮑打開，把水連玉鮑放入鑊中，加入調味料，慢火煮至汁液變稠，就可以把玉鮑取出享用了。
