"陳皮蓮子紅豆沙"具有清肺、和胃的功效。熱吃可以感受到紅豆的甜香和陳皮的芳香。凍吃起沙的紅豆沙，既涼快又美味。

紅豆：具清熱解毒、健脾益胃、利尿消腫等功效
蓮子：安神、潤肺、增強體力、清熱解暑功效。
陳皮：可化痰止咳、預防消化不良。

#### 材料：

紅豆 500克
蓮子 60克
陳皮 3克

#### 調料：

片糖 /蔗糖 /冰糖150克

#### 製法：

1.紅豆、蓮子洗淨，用清水浸半小時。
2.陳皮洗淨去囊；
3.煲滾大半鍋滾水，放下紅豆、蓮子、陳皮，煲至水再滾，改中小火煮至紅豆起沙，可加入片糖，待糖完全融化後，便可食用。
