開胃健康的菠蘿素炒飯

**Pineapple fried Rice, Vegetarian dish**

3~4人份量

#### 材料：

- 菠蘿/鳳梨1個
- 洋蔥 半個
- 雲耳10小朵
- 鮮香菇10個
- 熟米飯 2碗 (看人多少定適合份量)
- 蒜頭粒 數粒
- 米油一茶匙
- 鹽 適量

做法：

1. 先將菠蘿對1/3切開，將2/3菠蘿挖出的果肉切丁，菠蘿皮挖空備用。
2. 將紅香菇，雲耳浸泡後切絲/丁備用。
3. 將洋蔥切丁，將蒜頭去衣切小片
4. 鍋中熱油，放蒜及洋蔥略爆香, 放入香菇，雲耳翻炒1分鐘，加入米酒然後繼續翻炒1分鐘，加入熟米飯，撒鹽接著翻炒1分鐘。
5. 在將飯已炒至差不多水分收乾後，加入已切小塊的菠蘿翻炒，熄火。將菠蘿素炒飯裝入備好的鳳梨碗/皮內，即可享用。
