效用：去濕利尿，清熱解毒，滋陰潤燥

材料：
排骨/瘦肉40克，土茯苓 (乾) 40克，薏米/仁 60克，紅蘿蔔 2 根

做法：
（1）土茯苓和薏仁各用清水浸透，洗乾淨。紅蘿蔔去皮切塊。
（2）飛水：將排骨洗一洗，放入冷水的窩中開火煮沸，逼出肉類雜質，讓肉類乾淨點。
（3）將以上材料放入瓦煲內，加入1.5公升清水，先用武火煲至水開，然後改用慢火，繼續煲2個小時左右。其中千萬不要打開蓋。

土茯苓：具化濕解毒，健脾益胃，護養肝臟。

薏米：薏仁具有利水，健脾，除痺，清熱排膿的功效。

胡蘿蔔是一種質脆味美，營養豐富的家常蔬菜，素有“小人蔘”之稱胡蘿蔔富含醣類，脂肪，揮發油，胡蘿蔔素，維生素A，維生素B1，維生素B2，花青素，鈣，鐵等營養成分。胡蘿蔔不僅營養豐富，而且胡蘿蔔汁還可以祛斑美白。
