南乳燜排骨，蒸豆腐- 是一款老小咸宜的惹味住家菜色，既美味又健康，飯也吃多碗...

3~4人份量 / 需時約 30~40 分鐘

**材料：**
排骨
豆腐 兩磚/塊
蒜 3~4粒
蔥 一根

**南乳汁：**
(將材料調成醬汁備用。南乳汁一般都帶鹹味，所以不需要額外加鹽。)

- 南乳 一磚, 小的2磚
- 白胡椒粉 小許
-
- 白糖 1/4茶匙
-
- 黃酒//料酒 (提香去腥)

步驟(一)

南乳排骨的做法：

- 排骨洗淨飛水。
- 砂鍋或鑊，熱鍋下油，下蒜略爆，放入排骨，轉中火翻炒1~2分鐘
- 轉小火煮約30，煮到排骨肉軟爖焾。

步驟(二) 蒸 - 南乳燜排骨豆腐

- 豆腐切薄片塊放在碟底
- 將已煮好的南乳排骨連汁倒在豆腐上
- 將"南乳排骨豆腐碟"放入煮已煮沸水的蒸籠內(假如不要太多汁, 可蓋上鍋蓋或可用保鮮膜包起)，轉中慢火共蒸約8分鐘便成 ( 也可放入電飯鍋中同蒸也可以)
