木瓜排骨湯內放一支紅蘿蔔可增加湯的清甜味道和營養價值

份量: 3 人份 / 時間: 30 分鐘

**材料:**

木瓜 1 個 (最好用青木瓜)
排骨 適量
紅蘿蔔 1條
薑片 3~4片
米酒 1大匙
水 1.5公升

**調 味:**
鹽 適量 (隨個人口味調量, 不放鹽也已很美味)

**做法:**

1\) 排骨飛水: 煮沸一鍋熱水，加幾片薑片，少許米酒，把排骨放入飛水/燙出浮沬約3-4分鐘後取出，用冷水洗淨。
2\) 薑洗淨瀝乾後，切片狀備用。
3\) 木瓜削皮去籽、紅蘿蔔削皮，全部切塊(滾刀狀)備用。
4\) 取湯鍋+水，燒開熱水，把排骨+紅蘿蔔+薑片放入中火滾15分鐘，再放入木瓜小火滾15~20分鐘，加鹽調味即可。
