在家中很易料理的澳門聞名"乾炒通粉", 方便易煮, 可作早餐, 下午茶, 簡單晚餐...不妨試試!

2人份

**材料：**
通心粉 200g
豬肉片 200g (可因個人喜歡+/-)
芽菜 200g
洋蔥 1/4 個/顆
蒜頭 3 粒
蔥 1 條/根 (切段/斜切)

**醃料：**(醃豬肉)
豉油/醬油 1/2茶匙
米酒 少許
鹽+糖 少許
白胡椒粉 少許
麻油 少許

**調味料：**(炒通粉用)
生抽 2茶匙 (想深色可用老抽)
蠔油 1茶匙
適量白胡椒粉

**步驟：**

1. 將豬肉切片，加入**醃料**醃10~15分鐘
2. 通心粉滾水煮約10分鐘後 (放通心粉前下些油+鹽, 可免黏在一起)，撈起瀝乾備用。
3. 熱鍋下油，下蒜及肉片，將肉片炒至8分熟後盛起備用
4. 熱鍋炒香洋蔥後，肉片回鍋，下和芽菜，略炒，加入通粉和**調味料**和蔥，通粉炒上色後，快速拌炒即可起鍋。
