香滑美味的住家菜。而芋頭有益脾胃調中氣作用，而芋汁因帶黏滯，有胃病者不宜吃。

份量: 3人

#### 材 料

- 雞 翼 6~8隻/ 12 兩
- 芋 頭 半 斤
- 蒜 蓉 １ 茶 匙
- 辣 椒 少 許
- 水 １ 杯
- 鹽 少 許

#### 做法

1. 雞翼洗淨，用生抽，生粉，糖及胡椒粉醃勻，備用。
2. 芋頭去皮洗淨，用滾水將芋頭煮至略軟身，盛起。
3. 鍋落油二匙，爆香蒜蓉及辣椒，落雞翼炒香，放入芋頭炒勻，加水一杯及鹽調味，煮至芋頭淋身即成。

芋頭分青芋、白芋、真芋、野芋及檳榔芋等，當然以檳榔芋最香最鬆化，要吃芋頭就要揀秋天，是芋頭當造的季節，因它是較需要油份煮的食物，用雞翼因它皮的油較多，用芋頭吸去雞油，煮出來的芋頭就更加甘香了。

For 3 people portion

**Materials:**
Chicken wings 6~8 pcs
Taro half catty / half of a palm size
Garlic, minced 1 teaspoon
White pepper powder, 1 pinch
Water 1 cup /400 ml
salt a pinch (or own preferred portion)

**Method:**

- Wash the chicken wings &amp; marinate with soy sauce, corn flour, sugar and white pepper powder.
- Peeled taro &amp; washed, steamed it to a slightly soft.
- Hot wok with cold oil (2 soup spoon), sauté garlic and pepper, stir-fry chicken wings to golden brown color,
- Add in Taro &amp; water and seasoning the favor with salt, cook about 10 minutes, then enjoy the delicious dish.
