#  香脆薯粒

友敘閒聊時, 不一定飲杯吃花生或薯片, 弄這道簡單的"香脆薯粒"試試..

2 人份量

**材料：**
薯仔 2個 /300克
欖橄油 1湯匙
鹽 1茶匙/適量(個人口味調較)

**做法步驟：**
1\) 先洗淨薯仔，去皮，切正方型或小段粒狀，然後蒸15至20分鐘，看見表層鬆2) 軟祖用尖物試是否輕易穿透,
3\) 加入欖橄油，攪拌均勻, 讓每薯粒外層也沾上油
4\) 放在中小火的平鍋 Pan上 (因薯粒己有油, 故不需再加油) 慢煎至外層脆香便可

慢煎至外層脆香

用焗爐方法：
放入預熱220度焗爐，焗10分鐘後，再反轉薯仔多焗15分鐘。薯仔表面焗至金黃香脆便完成！
