#  鴛鴦蒜粉絲蒸花甲

 鴛鴦蒜味道滲入花甲中，而花甲的鮮味又被粉絲完全吸收，是非常鮮香的一味蒸海鮮菜色。

2人份量 / 需時約15~25分鐘

**材料：**

\- 花甲 4 隻, 1/3手掌大的較有心感
\- 粉絲 1/4 包 / 一札
\- 蒜頭 6大粒
\- 乾蒜 少許 (沒有, 可以不用)
\- 蔥花 蔥1條
\- 指天椒 1隻 (不吃棘, 可以不下)
\- 鹽 半茶匙
\- 米酒 - 1瓶蓋

**調味：**
\- 豉油/醬油 少許
\- 油 - 1 湯匙

**材料預備：**
\- 處理花甲需要先吐沙，用2匙鹽+水+米酒先浸約1小時，用牙刷刷洗花甲表面，打開花甲洗淨，瀝乾水份備用
\- 粉絲用水軟軟(最少15分鐘)備用
\- 蒜頭切碎成蓉
\- 蔥切蔥花
\- 粉絲用水浸軟(最少15分鐘)

**做法：**
1\. 將粉絲排放於花甲上
2\) 將生熟蒜混合，灑於粉絲上
3\) 放入已燒滾水的蒸鍋內，蒸大約8分鐘。
4\) 放蔥花及指天椒灑於花甲上，燒熱油，灒於蔥花+椒上+豉油/醬油即成。

"乾蒜"製法：蒜頭切成蓉，用少量油炸至金黃，隔起蒜油備用。(可買已炸好的)
