#  白菌炒雞絲

簡單搭配 快炒處理 味道超正

(2 人份量)

**材料：**
\- 雞絲 150g (半雞腿肉)

\- 白菌/蘑菇 10朵 / 小的20朵
\- 蒜頭 3 粒/瓣 (切片)
\- 油/橄欖油 2 湯匙

**調味(1)**：醃料
\- 白胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
\- 生抽/醬油 1湯匙
\- 鹽 1/4 茶匙
\- 糖1/4 茶匙

**調味(2)**：
\- 料酒/紹興酒 1湯匙
\- 鹽 1/4 茶匙
\- 糖1/4 茶匙
\- 雞汁/雞粉 少許 (隨個人)

**做法：**(約5分鐘)
1\) 雞腿切條/絲，以醃料調味(1)抓勻入味備用 (醃約10分鐘+)
2\) 蘑菇清洗乾淨，瀝乾，切片/適當大小備用
3\) 熱鍋後加油，下蒜片炒香，將醃味的雞條炒至7分熟 (中火)
4\) 加入蘑菇拌炒均勻，並加入調味(2)，略炒至乾身 (蘑菇會滲出水份的)，即可上碟享用。
