懶花時間燉牛肉，可嘗試這味簡單搭配，快炒易做的健康美味"四季牛柳" (四蔬炒牛柳條)

**材料：**
\- 牛柳肉 150g
\- 樱桃茄 10顆
\- 紅蘿蔔 1/4 根
\- 韮王 3~4 根
\- 唐芹 Leaf celery

**輔材料：**
\- 蒜頭 3 粒/瓣 (切片)
\- 油/橄欖油 2 湯匙

**調味(1)：醃料**
\- 白胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
\- 生抽/醬油 1湯匙
\- 鹽 1/4 茶匙
\- 糖1/4 茶匙

**調味(2)：**
\- 料酒/紹興酒 1湯匙
\- 鹽 1/4 茶匙
\- 糖1/4 茶匙
\- 雞汁/雞粉 少許 (隨個人)

**材料：**準備
\- 將牛柳條/絲，以醃料調味(1)抓勻入味備用 (醃約10分鐘+)
\- 樱桃茄清洗乾淨，瀝乾，切開半備用
\- 紅蘿蔔去皮，切條/絲/適當大小備用
\- 韮王切段備用

**做法：**(約5分鐘)
1\) 熱鑊/鍋後加油，下蒜片炒香，將醃味的牛柳條炒至6分熟 (中火)，盛起
2\) (中慢火)用原鑊加入紅蘿蔔、唐芹拌炒一分鐘，加入樱桃茄、韮王拌炒均勻，並加入調味(2)，炒一分鐘
3\) 牛柳條回鑊，略炒至乾身/收汁，即可上碟享用。

芹菜可生食同熟食，是調味香菜。有平肝清熱同祛風利尿作用。
