#  炒薑飯

女性多是寒底，身體比較寒涼。尤其是坐月子，炒姜飯不可少。

份量：2人 / 需時：15分鐘內

**材料：**

\- 雞蛋 2個

\- 米飯 2碗-

\- 老薑 1塊（約30克）

\- 油 1湯匙

\- 鹽 適量

**做法：**

1\) 將雞蛋打入碗，加少許鹽，快速地攪散。

2\) 老薑連皮洗淨，拍扁，切成絲/切碎。

3\) 熱鑊後(轉中火)，先放入姜碎稍炒乾，再加入油爆香。

4\) (轉小火)將薑撥到鍋的一邊，炒熟雞蛋。

5\) 加入白飯翻炒至散開，加入鹽調味，炒約2分鐘，即成。

**生薑：**功效有有殺菌、解毒、止咳、防暈等作用，對脾胃虛寒、風寒感冒咳嗽等有很好的改善作用。身體較寒涼的女性，應該多吃生薑。早上吃薑比較好，晚上吃薑的話比較燥熱，容易上火。最適宜吃薑的季節是夏季。
