草菇配西蘭花, 加入中式扒汁拌勻吃, 是西式沙拉/沙律的中式烹飪方法 (中式沙), 效果除了美味又健康...

3〜4人份量

煮成需時：約15分鐘

#### 材料：

- 草菇10 - 15粒/可用罐裝（如開半，可用一半數量）
- 西蘭花1棵
- 蒜2粒/切茸

#### 調 味 料：

- 鹽少許
- 糖少許
- 料酒少許
- 豉油/醬油

勾芡：芡粉+水，拌勻，分次倒入炒熟的汁中埋芡

#### 做 法：

1. 草菇（去掉表面的臟東西）和西蘭花洗淨後瀝乾備
2. 燒開水，水滾時，加入一點油及鹽汆水片刻，（草菇約30秒，西蘭花1〜2分鐘）
3. 將西蘭花先盛起上碟
4. 熱鑊下少許油油，爆香蒜蓉，下草菇（如用新鮮草菇因偏涼，炒的時候可以放2片姜）略炒，加入調味炒30秒勾芡，炒均勻至汁粘裹到每一粒草菇，淋在碟上的西蘭花即成。

西蘭花，含有豐富的維他命C，胡蘿蔔素和膳食纖維，其中有的「蘿蔔硫素」更是對抗癌症的天然物質。西蘭花別名「花椰菜」，「菜花」，它有白色和綠色兩種，綠色的又叫西蘭花，青花菜，綠菜花。

草菇，又名蘭花菇，中國蘑菇，麻菇，包腳菇，蘭花菇適宜：一般人群均可食用尤適宜糖尿病患者禁忌：脾胃虛寒者不宜多食;寒性哮喘患者忌食。
