##### 潤肺止咳 清甜滋潤

青紅蘿蔔蕃茄薯仔湯，是混合了住家經常烹煮的兩款"蕃茄薯仔湯"和"青紅蘿蔔湯"的混合湯水; 只採用平常材料，但俱有豐富營養而又簡單易煮的一款可常飲用的湯。青紅蘿蔔有潤肺止咳和多種維生素，養顏保健。

份量: 3-4人 (可隨人數增份量)

烹飪時間: 約 1小時以上

容易度: 容易

#### 材料：

- 蕃茄x2，馬鈴薯x2，紅蘿蔔x2，青蘿蔔x1，豬骨 200克
- 水 2公升

#### 調味：

- 鹽 適量 /隨個人(下用也可以)

#### 烹飪方法：

1. 豬骨放入熱水中滾2分鐘出水及沖水，備用
2. 青紅蘿蔔、薯仔去皮，滾刀切塊，備用
3. 蕃茄去蒂切件，備用
4. 蜜棗洗淨，備用
5. 燒滾2公升水後，把所有材料放入煲中，大火煲滾15分鐘後，之後轉文/小火煲1.5小時，調味即成。

蕃茄: 有生津止渴，健胃消食作用

薯仔: 有和胃健脾，補氣，解毒消腫作用。

紅蘿蔔: 入肺、健脾化滯和潤燥明目作用

青蘿蔔: 化痰止咳
