#  糕餅吃太多 當心高血糖傷胰臟

年糕、蘿蔔糕、芋頭糕、發糕、桂花糕、千層糕、馬蹄糕等，這些糕點代表步步高昇、好彩頭、發財等吉祥意涵，是過年常見的點心。但健康專家提醒，糕點都是由澱粉製成，吃太多會引起血糖升高，增加胰臟負擔，建議民眾淺嚐即可，糖尿病患者最好少吃。

由澱粉製成的各式糕點，是過年常見的小點心，但吃下肚會引起血糖升高，為了平衡血糖濃度，胰臟必須分泌大量胰島素，造成「上沖下洗」，反而傷害血管內膜細胞，容易引起動脈硬化，更會增加胰臟負擔，導致胰臟疲勞。

劉輝雄台灣健康促進基金會董事長指出，正常情況下，胰臟負責製造胰島素，幫助吃下肚的澱粉類食物轉變成葡萄糖，葡萄糖可進入細胞，提供熱能；若食用大量澱粉，胰臟必須分泌更多胰島素，長期下來可能導致胰臟分泌功能失調，無法產生足夠的胰島素或產生胰島素阻抗性，造成血糖濃度升高，就會增加罹患糖尿病的風險。

「病從口入」！飲食習慣攸關身體健康，不要小看日常飲食，建議多吃蔬菜、水果，少肉類、澱粉及加工製品類，配合規律的運動習慣，才能擁有健康的身體。
