#  暴飲暴食 恐出現春節胃炎潮

春節連假是返鄉團圓的日子，許多人在連續假期間開始暴飲暴食、大量飲酒或是熬夜到天亮，但是你知道嗎？連續幾天這樣的「不節制」生活，可能導致腸胃問題，這就是為什麼常有「春節後胃炎潮」。

中醫師周宗翰表示，暴飲暴食、喝酒加上不規則的生活作息，可能引起腸躁症！從醫學的角度來說，腸躁症一般認為是精神壓力所導致，但是暴飲暴食或是生食與熟食交替食用，也會導致腸道自律神經異常，出現腹瀉或便祕等不平衡的狀態。

春節因連續假期的晚睡晚起等生活作息不規律，嚴重者甚至會伴隨著肌肉痠痛、失眠、消化不良等症狀，特別是過年時，民眾喜愛高油高脂的食物，這時候再加上酒精，就容易導致結腸收縮與腸痙攣而產生腹痛和腹瀉等狀況。

周宗翰醫師進一步說明，五臟六腑的運行具有連動性，突然的暴飲暴食會導致身體無法及時的排除腸胃道的毒素，進而會導致消化系統功能受損與自律神經失調，表現在腸胃道的症狀就是腹瀉與便祕。建議可在早上起床時喝杯溫開水，有利把腸道中的廢物排出體外，減少發炎因子；三餐要定時定量，早上不只是需補充食物的陰陽轉化之際，經絡更是循行於大腸經與胃經，此時最好的養生方法是吃早飯。

春節連假後，常有腸胃疾病的病患前來求診，除了以中醫療法治療外，建議民眾作息盡量正常，三餐正常飲食，才可避免「春節後胃炎潮」。
