前些日子的高鈉奶粉殺嬰事件大家應該都還記得吧？就是因為「鈉」攝取過量，且許多愛美的女性朋友可能不知道，「鈉」就是讓你晨起水腫的主要元兇之一；而醫學上的研究也指出，鈉的過量攝取，不僅容易造成腎臟的負擔及病變，也是心血管疾病的重要誘發因子。但在這些人盡皆知的事實背後，更令人恐懼的是，生活中「鈉」是無所不在的，它總是讓你防不勝防！

如果你以為「鈉」只是鹽巴，可就大錯特錯了；其實，天然食物中就含有鈉！就連蔬菜都含有鈉，而且很多食品都有鈉，舉凡泡麵、糕餅、麵包、餅乾等，都添加鈉，還有就是調味料，鈉含量更多，甚至許多食品添加劑中也含有鈉。日前就有媒體挑選6家人氣店家的泡麵送驗，結果發現，一碗的鈉含量皆逾成人每日鈉建議攝取量。

但是，想要製作有機無鈉的飲品可不簡單，至於要如何製作出有機無鈉豆漿呢？透過自學而成為豆漿達人的食品業者林子恆指出，要製作出無鈉豆漿有二點；一、是完全使用有機的黃豆，因為一般非有機的黃豆，每100公克鈉含量約22毫克，根本做不出無鈉的豆漿，二、是必須完全不使用任何食品添加劑，而第二點最重要。

張湘寧營養師表示，鈉攝取過多不僅容易造成腎臟的負擔及病變，也是心血管疾病的重要誘發因子；然而「鈉」卻是無所不在，而且總是讓人防不勝防。所以，民眾在飲食時，應注意食品標示，以及小心所攝取的鈉含量，才能避免攝取過多的鈉。
