#  癌友過年飲食方針？ 抗癌教授有撇步

癌友常擔心過年飲食要忌口，或沒有食慾吃不下，簡單的生理需求，乍時變得困難了。抗癌多年的北醫大教授韓柏檉提供過年飲食撇步，他強調，最好家裡自己煮，食材乾淨新鮮較衛生，建議多吃蔬果少肉類，若沒有胃口可利用薑、蒜等天然辛香料，增進食慾。

韓柏檉，台北醫學大學公衛系教授指出，過年飲食大魚大肉不適合現代人，癌友身體狀況較差也不建議，動物性肉類如雞、鴨、鵝、豬、牛、羊、魚等少吃，而蔬菜、豆類、穀類及水果可多吃，肉菜比例約為2：8或3：7，最能幫助身體抗癌。

天然蔬果、穀類含有多種維生素、礦物質、微量元素、植化素、纖維質，對細胞發炎、氧化具有抵抗作用，大量吃才能發揮藥性，幫助身體排除毒素、廢物。

對於正在治療的癌友，若擔心沒有食慾，韓柏檉建議，料理中可加入天然辛香料，如蔥、薑、蒜、辣椒等，不但能增添風味，具有促進食慾的作用，且大蒜具有硫化物、大蒜素，而薑有薑油酮、薑辣素，也是很好的抗氧化、抗發炎及抗癌食物。

癌友可以吃零食嗎？韓柏檉提醒，不是不能吃，而是要盡量少吃，建議選擇原味堅果類較健康，糖果、餅乾、糕點等添加物通常較多，能不吃就不要吃。
