明明體型很瘦，卻有高血脂？根據醫師診間觀察發現，許多民眾在健康檢查時，才驚覺有高血脂，但飲食少油膩又清淡，進一步詢問，得知大部分的患者，隨手就是一杯冷飲。醫師指出，攝取過多的冷飲會導致體溫降低，造成體內脂肪及醣類燃燒不完全，久而久之容易有高血脂。

林桓生新北市立聯合醫院新陳代謝科主治醫師表示，根據研究顯示，體溫每降低1度，基礎代謝率降低約12％，國人腋溫平均約為35度，長時間維持低體溫狀態，體內脂肪及醣類等熱源消耗率會下降，體溫過低則血管收縮，容易誘發高血壓。

人體的熱量來源，包括膽固醇、三酸甘油脂及醣類，攝取過多的冷飲，會導致身體中樞體溫下降，造成脂肪及醣類燃燒不完全，容易影響新陳代謝功能，而出現高血脂、高血壓及糖尿病等疾病。

林桓生建議，每天至少從事快走30分鐘、騎單車15分鐘，或游泳10分鐘以上，有氧運動可增加新陳代謝功能、促進血液循環，最好於餐後1.5至2小時進行，能避免膽固醇及醣分囤積。
