#  啤酒海鮮含高普林 痛風患者避免多食

痛風症狀多發生於大腳趾、腳踝及膝關節，會出現紅腫、熱、痛等症狀；陳彥名衛福部彰化醫院骨科醫師指出，喝酒、吃海鮮或內臟等高普林食物，都可能誘發痛風，反而食用豆類或豆製品的素食者較不常有痛風出現。

通常痛風多高普林食物飲食過量，以及體質等兩種因素所造成，但許多尿酸值過高的患者僅有15%才會有痛風發作，且痛風發作時，尿酸值也不一定會過高；陳彥名說，但若尿酸值高於9mg/dl時，五年內發生痛風的機率就為22%。

豆類、香菇因含高普林，讓許多民眾都誤以為痛風患者不適合食用，其實根據醫學研究顯示，這兩者並無相關，反倒是肉類、海產才是增加痛風發作的機率，因此要避免痛風復發，就得從控制飲食開始做起。

包括啤酒類飲品以及內臟、海鮮、火鍋湯等含有高普林食物，痛風患者都應盡量避免食用；陳彥名提醒，尿酸值高的患者若無痛風症狀出現，只需控制飲食即可，但若合併痛風，則建議應遵循醫師指示，長期接受藥物治療，才能避免疾病惡化。
