農曆春節假期過了一半，過年免不了全家團圓用餐，免不了餐餐大魚大肉。每天在家看電視，聊天，人體會減少水氣的排出，民眾的飲水量也會減少，恐怕讓體內累積的結晶沉積，醫生警告，這可能誘發急性腰痛，甚至可能引發結石。

**水分攝取不足 結晶累積成結石**

張宏江, 台大醫院新竹分院泌尿部主任指出，冬季天氣冷，水分散失少，身體的體液充足，便不會誘發想喝水的欲望，因此無法產生足夠的尿液排出來。這讓應該由身體排出的礦物質沉積物質無法隨著尿液排泄帶走，反而容易形成結晶物質。如果結晶物無法被排出，可能形成會導致泌尿系統感染有關的感染性結石，如磷酸銨鎂結石。

**尿酸結晶好惱人 劇烈腰痛無病徵**

尤其在過年期間，民眾因為團員聚餐、祭祀祖先，都會準備大量會代謝出高尿酸的食物，民眾不知不覺中累積大量尿酸形成結晶。張宏江主任也表示，過去曾有患者因為尿路結石引發的急性腰痛，而且這症狀往往突然發生，伴隨劇烈疼痛，非去掛急診不可。雖然並不會有生命危險，但是症狀惱人，恐怕破壞民眾情緒。想要避免尿路結石發生，每日應攝取足夠水分，避免尿液礦物質結晶增加。建議每天飲用的水量應在1500㏄以上，或是視運動量或排汗增加，而增加飲水量。

**年節飲食要吃菜 黃湯幾巡忌過量**

同時也要注意避免尿酸增加，盡量避免食用會代謝出高尿酸之食物，例如：內臟類、胚芽、豆類、肉汁、肉湯等。此外高脂肪的飲食習慣，會抑制尿酸排泄，因此要減少脂肪攝取。過年期間也別忘了要多吃點蔬菜，蔬菜能使尿液鹼性化，同時可以幫助尿酸的排泄。過年期間不免黃湯上桌，張宏江也強調飲酒切勿過量，因為酒精在體內代謝所產生的乳酸會影響尿酸的排泄。
