#  糖尿病患想吃點心 自行製作更健康

糖尿病患者最重要就是控制好血糖，除了飲食上也得配合運動，且透過藥物的輔助，才能夠有助於穩定病情；營養師劉詩玉指出，尤其過年期間，隨處可得的各式零嘴，加上聚餐等，不小心可能就會攝取過多熱量，其實若想在飯後來點零食或點心，可以嘗試自行製作，一方面也能控制好熱量。

**市售果汁糖分高 糖尿病患者應減量飲用**

像是可利用一顆大紅蕃茄、豆花半碗、少許的玉米碎片以及蒟蒻果凍和梅子粉等材料製作蕃茄玉米盅，一份熱量約150大卡，具有蛋白質和全穀類營養，適合糖尿病患者補充；劉詩玉說，另外因市售果汁較不適合糖尿病患者飲用，這時可利用芒果、泡好的珊瑚草等，砂糖2湯匙即可，做成芒果味布丁，平均一份熱量僅約68大卡，降低負擔。

**自製低脂優格 減少熱量攝取**

劉詩玉進一步說，不只芒果味布丁，糖尿病患者也可自行製作低脂優格，取代市售較多糖份的低脂優格，使用少許的紫葡萄等水果，最後再淋上低脂優格就可食用，製作簡單，又能減少攝取過多熱量，滿足口慾。

另外，也可利用白木耳半兩、綠葡萄數顆、櫻桃數顆、鳳梨片少量等，加上少許的冰糖，做成葡萄木耳飲，放入電鍋燉爛就可食用，一份熱量約80大卡，相當適合糖尿病患食用；劉詩玉提醒，糖尿病患者若想食用任何水果點心，應在飯後兩個小時後攝取較佳，才能避免影響血糖。
