在一天疲憊的工作後，悠閒躺在沙發上，打開電視，美食宵夜一口接一口，可說是人生小確幸，但許多減重資訊告訴我們，不想發胖的話，晚上尤其要跟宵夜說再見，到底該如何抉擇呢?

營養師劉怡里表示，吃宵夜基本上確實會有容易發胖的風險，尤其如果是在睡前一、兩個小時以內吃的話，一來身體的活動度其實已經不高，所以吃進來的東西，很難去消化掉，也容易屯積在身上，吃宵夜的同時，體內更容易分泌過量的飢餓素，讓我們不知不覺想去吃高油高糖的食物…。

如果真的嘴饞，或是錯過晚餐時間想吃宵夜，第一個原則就是時間的提早，睡前二小時以上為佳，另外就是儘量選一些液體流質的東西，像低脂或脫脂的牛奶、無糖的豆漿都是好選擇，當然最好還是三餐正常吃，不然相當容易發胖的。
