#  冷氣甜涼飲濕身軟無力 中醫教體內除濕

30多歲的陳先生渾身不對勁，檢查半天也查不出病因，最後求助中醫，臺中慈濟醫院中醫師伍崇弘醫師發現，平時總是吹冷氣、攝取過多水果，且天天都喝冰涼含糖飲料的陳先生，周邊有許多濕氣無法消散的原因，導致全身無力，這些都是太濕惹的禍！建議透過食藥材及穴道按摩來除濕，做好體內環保。

**糯米類食物是除濕大忌**

進入春夏季節，氣候多雨，而人體本來就濕，在潮濕環境下更難排除濕氣，整天感覺全身無力。伍崇弘醫師指出，清除濕氣方式有很多，像是陳先生如果無可避免地須待在冷氣房，可以選擇多運動，冰涼含糖飲料能不喝就不要喝，再喝就更濕，難消化的糯米類更是大忌，會阻礙脾胃化濕的能力。

**排濕前先觀察4重點**

本來腸胃不好、消化吸收差，吃任何東西都馬上想排便及心肺腎臟排水功能差的人都很容易成為「濕氣」一族。伍崇弘醫師建議排濕前先觀察，體內是不是真有濕的表現？

觀察重點為一、**頭重、全身沒力氣**：早上起床，沒有休息後的清爽，反而感覺很累。二、**舌苔白、厚且膩**：刷牙時就算刷去舌苔，不久就又出現。三、**肌肉無力**：脾主肌肉，當濕氣進入脾胃會有肌肉無力情形。四、**大便不清爽**：排泄物不成形、溏瀉、黏膩或出現便秘但大便形質軟黏，則是更嚴重濕的表現。

**中醫師診斷後再服中藥**

倘若出現以上狀況，就表示「濕氣」可能已經找上你，伍崇弘醫師建議透過食材、藥材除濕，例如：以豬苓、茯苓、澤瀉、白术與桂枝五種藥材組合的「五苓散」，有健脾利濕功效，但建議由中醫師診斷服用。

**食療與穴道按摩助除濕**

在食療方面，可選擇薏苡仁、紅豆及花椒、生薑等辛香料，還有白豆蔻、砂仁等。需要特別注意的是薏苡仁、紅豆烹煮不加糖，生薑不去皮、花椒辛味都有益除濕，火鍋常有白豆蔻、砂仁，也具備辛香、化濕作用，酌量使用能幫忙排除體內濕氣。還有，足三里、三陰交的穴道按摩也可健脾益氣除濕。
