#  少吃重鹹、多按摩 改善孕期水腫抽筋

一名32歲補習班擔任行政的彭小姐，因懷孕身體時常水腫又抽筋，不僅工作沒效率，更得常常請假，許多工作無法如期完成，造成工作團隊困擾。婦產科醫師曾郁文建議，少吃重鹹、多按摩可紓緩水腫，適當補充鈣質及熱敷則可避免抽筋。

**孕期不適大大影響孕婦心情**

懷孕後由於荷爾蒙的改變，加上子宮逐漸膨大壓迫到身體內其他器官，就會出現孕期不適的症狀，像是腰酸背痛、水腫、便祕、頻尿或失眠等症狀，別小看孕期不適，這可是會大大影響到媽咪心情，但事實上這些症狀只需要在日常生活中多加注意就可改善的。

**平時少吃重鹹 睡前少喝大量水**

懷孕期間因為孕婦肚子越來越大，導致大腿與小腿血液回流受影響，就會出現水腫現象，曾郁文醫師表示，懷孕期間母體會增加約10～15％的血流量，水腫常見於四肢，尤其是下肢，偶會有四肢末梢神經酸麻情形，建議減少鹽分攝取，常抬高下肢並穿寬鬆鞋襪。倘若遇到全身性浮腫，可能是血壓過高（如子癇前症）的先兆，應就醫檢查。有些孕婦可能會出現大腿或小腿痠痛，所以建議在白天進行腳部按摩及避免吃太鹹食物，且睡前減少大量喝水，以避免水腫問題。

**平時熱敷按摩 補充適當鈣質**

女性很容易因為鈣質攝取不足而導致抽筋，若懷孕後沒有好好補充鈣質，就很容易在懷孕時出現抽筋，但是孕婦仍不建議一天攝取過多的牛奶，若每天超過1000 cc的牛奶反而會造成體內磷質過高，增加鈣質流失。曾郁文醫師建議可以透過攝取豆腐、小魚乾或芝麻等食物中獲取鈣質，也可以在醫師的建議下攝取適量的鈣片，配合水分攝取，以免泌尿系統發生結石。另外熱敷及按摩腿部也有效。
