#  喝花草茶養生 經常更換品項才安全

現代人重養生，舉凡能夠養生的飲食都讓人趨之若鶩，尤其是花草茶，更是受到女性喜愛，下午泡壼花草茶來喝，既舒壓又有養生功效；不過，中醫師提醒，喝花草茶養生，最好是能經常更換品項，不要長期喝一種花草茶，才能喝得健康又安全。

**氣味芳香+諸多功效**

很多人三五好友相約喝下午茶，由於花草茶氣味芳香，又有清涼解毒、消脂降火、明目安神等諸多功效，因而受到女性歡迎，經常會製作成花草茶的包括玫瑰花茶、菊花茶、洋甘菊、薰衣草、馬鞭草、薄荷、甜菊及芳香萬壽菊等。

**花草茶性味偏寒涼**

中醫師何英強表示，花草茶雖然有很多功效，但是也不宜只喝一種品項，最好是能經常更換品項，而且花草茶的性味偏寒涼，體質過於寒涼的人，要喝花草茶之前，最好是能先諮詢是否適合。

**天天喝參茶反而氣虛**

凡事過猶不及，如果喝太多花草茶，可能反而有害健康！何英強醫師指出，即使是吃太補也反而會產生氣虛現象；臨床上，就有一名六十多歲婦女，她認為自己過於虛弱，因而天天喝參茶，但是卻出現頭重腳輕，走路輕飄飄的情形，建議她停喝參茶之後三天，整個人就恢復正常了。

**避免農藥殘留或添加香精**

何英強醫師強調，愛喝花草茶最好是能經常更換品項，而且要慎選花草茶，避免有農藥殘留或是添加香精的產品；若是能在居家自己種植一些花草，例如玫瑰花、菊花、薰衣草、馬鞭草、薄荷、甜菊及芳香萬壽菊等，都很好栽種，隨時採摘幾片花與葉泡茶喝，或是製作料理時添加花草，也很健康又養生。
