#  營養均衡分配 讓孩子從小不挑食

你擔心孩子吃得不夠營養嗎？尤其4至6歲的幼兒正處於活動量增加的狀態，常常因為貪玩不熱衷進食，加上免疫系統尚未健全，若不小心把玩具塞入口，就很容易感染疾病；營養師黃瑞培指出，幼兒時期的飲食衛生和營養，對於未來成長相當重要，因此應從小養成良好的用餐習慣。

**幼兒每天兩杯牛奶 補充足夠蛋白質**

家長應教導孩子正確的用餐方式外，也可做好孩子餐點分配原則；黃瑞培營養師說，包括定時、定量，讓孩子規律進食，食物上應注重質，建議每天最好喝兩杯牛奶或是豆漿(一杯=240cc)，補充足夠的蛋白質、鈣質等營養。然而因幼兒的胃容量較小，可將每日所需的營養素盡量平均分配在三餐，再搭配一至兩次的點心即可。

**加工食品和零食 不適合當幼兒點心**

幼兒飲食上，最好每天吃一個蛋，加上肉或魚、約一兩半的豆製品等，且偶爾可以動物肝臟取代；黃瑞培說，每天也應補充足夠膳食纖維，至少吃一份深色蔬菜、水果，補足維生素A、C等營養，並且避免孩子吃過多加工食品，甚至包括炸雞、薯條、洋芋片等零食，都不適合當作幼兒點心。

**選對時間吃點心 避免影響幼兒吃正餐**

家長也應注意，為了不讓孩子因為吃點心影響到正餐，點心時間可安排在正餐前兩小時提供較佳；黃瑞培營養師呼籲，讓孩子從小養成良好的飲食習慣，且用餐前避免激烈運動外，用餐期間也應細嚼慢嚥，專心吃飯，也不隨便將掉在地上的食物等放入口中，從小養成習慣，有助於孩子健康長大。
