#  夏至到！ 炎夏養生之道：吃苦當吃補

6/21夏至到！一般人觀念往往只注重秋冬的養生，於立冬及冬至時節大補特補，卻往往忽略了炎夏的養生之道。林煥欽, 衛福部豐原醫院中醫科醫師表示，夏天也要補，不過是「涼補」。夏季包括立夏、小滿、芒種、夏至、小暑、大暑等六個節氣，在這六個節氣裡，養生宜涼補身子，可適當補充水分、吃一些苦味食物，如果有手腳發熱的情形，可吃一些甘涼滋潤的食物，溫燥食物應少碰為妙。

**消暑解渴喝溫開水比較好**

夏季氣候炎熱，也是人體新陳代謝旺盛的時期，汗多、容易口渴，此時民眾喜歡喝飲料冰品，但林煥欽醫師建議民眾，要消暑解渴，喝溫開水比較好，切勿因一時貪涼喝下大量冰涼飲料，將使身體驟冷驟熱，造成身體機能失調。此外，消暑可吃西瓜、綠豆湯等，但切忌貪涼而暴吃生冷瓜果等食物。

**夏至後 吃苦味食物來涼補**

夏至後天氣更加炎熱，容易造成消化功能降低，以至於消化液分泌減少，加上身體大量出汗、暑氣誘發內熱，可能會出現脾胃不和、肝火上升等情形造成胃口差。補養身體應以涼補為主，吃一些苦味食物（如：苦瓜、苦茶），可清心涼血、解暑去熱，但苦茶使用的藥材多偏苦寒，多喝易腹瀉，也不宜過量。

**手腳發熱可吃綠豆冬瓜**

如果民眾有手腳發熱的情形，中醫認為大部分是陰虛內熱所引起，通常還會出現老是想要喝水、經常大便乾結、皮膚較乾燥、容易睡不著、眼睛乾澀、口乾咽燥、心情急躁等症狀，如果有這些症狀，林煥欽醫師建議可吃綠豆、冬瓜、黑芝麻等甘涼滋潤的食物，應少吃韭菜、羊肉、辣椒等溫燥食物為妥。

**夏季飲食以粥滋補身體**

夏季飲食調養不妨用粥滋補身體，例如蓮子、冬瓜、紅豆、薏仁等食物做成夏日的藥膳粥。因蓮子具清熱、降火、利尿、治水腫之功效，且能提升食慾，適合夏日食慾不振的體虛之人；而冬瓜是夏日中最具清熱解暑的蔬菜；紅豆則有去濕利水的效果，對水腫、腳氣病、黃疸等症狀均有幫助；薏仁具健脾、清熱、利水之功效，可諮詢中醫師，依個人體質調配成合適的養生粥。
