#  攝護腺肥大易復發 多吃南瓜子保養

攝護腺肥大是中老年男性的常見疾病。據統計，5、60歲的男人，約一半以上會有攝護腺肥大，年紀到了80歲，更有8成以上，容易急尿、頻尿、夜尿、殘尿，嚴重影響日常生活品質。醫師強調，攝護腺肥大輕者可服藥治療，嚴重則需手術切除；若沒有做好平時保養仍可能復發，建議可多攝取抗氧化、植物固醇的食物，如大豆、南瓜子。

#### 家族史攝護腺肥大增4.2倍

許齡內, 安南醫院泌尿科主治醫師, 表示，罹患攝護腺肥大的風險與基因、家族遺傳大有關係，一等親內有攝護腺肥大者，風險增加4.2倍之多。當年紀超過50歲，攝護腺肥大風險高5成，到7、80歲提升至8成以上；另外，BMI大於32，以及高蛋白、高油脂及紅肉飲食習慣，都會增加罹患攝護腺肥大的風險。

#### 攝護腺肥大早期 可服藥治療

許齡內醫師指出，攝護腺肥大的早期症狀，有小便變細變慢、解尿困難、尿流中斷、腹部用力才能解尿、尿不乾淨、夜尿、頻尿、尿急卻尿不出來；嚴重則無法排尿導致膀胱疼痛、影響腎功能，造成泌尿道感染、出血。症狀輕微者可藉由規律服藥及日常生活保養有效控制；若出現尿路阻塞、腎積水、腎功能低下、尿路出血感染、膀胱結石等情形，則需手術治療。

#### 多吃抗氧化物食物保養

如何保養攝護腺呢？許齡內說明，日常生活習慣應日間多喝水，以及避免久坐、憋尿、長時間騎自行車，還要有規律性生活及時常溫水坐浴；飲食部分則避免高脂肪、紅肉攝取過量，應多吃富含纖維、植物固醇、抗氧化物、抗發炎的食物。她舉例，南瓜子富含礦物質鋅、微量元素硒、植物固醇，可降低攝護腺的發炎反應；而大豆富含植物固醇，能減少男性荷爾蒙過度作用，功效類似男性荷爾蒙阻斷劑。另外，蛋類、堅果、花椰菜、深海魚類，也有助保養攝護腺。

#### 攝護腺保健產品這樣選

市面也有不錯的攝護腺保健產品；許齡內醫師建議，選擇藥用品種南瓜子、原料來源可信賴，具優良製程的水溶性南瓜子萃取不易腐敗，添加含異黃酮素的大豆胚芽萃取物已證實效果良好，夜尿、頻尿等問題，都可以大幅獲得改善。
