小朋友愛喝飲料，讓許多父母相當苦惱，可樂、汽水就是添加碳酸的糖水，不但熱量高，更會造成鈣質的流失，而一般果汁中的真正果汁含量又不明確，同樣有高糖份的危機，甚至塑化劑的隱憂。雖然部分乳酸飲料與發酵乳擁有健康食品的標章，但這表示孩子喝了就沒問題嗎？

**乳酸菌助整腸 好處多**

王偉勳, 童綜合醫院營養師表示，乳酸飲料與發酵乳之所以可以訴求健康保健之功效，是因為其中的乳酸菌有助腸道菌叢的生長，好菌數量越多，自然可以抑制壞菌的生長，因此具有整腸、預防便秘的功能，同時還可以促進蛋白質與礦物質的吸收、幫助產生維生素B群、平衡免疫系統等，好處不少。

**飲品添加物 對身體是負擔**

一般乳酸飲料是以糖水當作基質，100cc就含有16g的糖，具有71大卡的熱量。根據衛生署的建議，精製糖的攝取量不宜高於熱量需求的10%。以3-5歲的小朋友為例，每日熱量需求為900~1100大卡，喝一罐100cc的乳酸飲料，就已經佔了7成的容許量，有「健康食品」標章的產品雖然有其保健功效，但若其中成分對於身體是個負擔，這樣的產品建議還是少喝為妙。

**市售發酵乳 糖分常過量**

發酵乳則是以牛奶當作基質。的確，乳酸菌可以分解牛奶中的乳糖，讓有乳糖不耐症的朋友得以減緩腹瀉症狀，而發酵過後的牛奶照理來說是有酸味的，市售的優酪乳常為了喝起來滋味要好，加了許多糖，一罐517ml的優酪乳，竟然有44.4g的糖。

**純水才是最好的選擇**

喝純淨的水還是最好的選擇，如果小朋友不喜歡沒有味道的水，可以適量的加一點點的蜂蜜或現榨果汁來增加風味。市售飲料中的糖分危機真的太可怕了，高糖分的攝取容易造成肥胖、三酸甘油脂過高、胰島素抗性，以及小朋友過動、注意力不集中，建議還是少喝為妙。
