女性想讓乳房組織更健康，盡量不要吃高糖、高油脂飲食。西班牙最新研究發現，女性常吃高糖、高脂食物、採用西式飲食，不但容易體重過重、肥胖，乳房組織也會更緻密，當乳房組織更緻密，乳癌風險就會上升。

**採西式飲食 乳房緻密度增41%**

研究發現，與採用地中海飲食的女性相比，採用西式高糖、高油脂飲食女性的乳房組織更緻密，其乳房緻密程度更增加41%。研究作者西班牙國家流行病學中心癌症流行病學專家瑪莉娜‧波倫博士表示，對於女性來說，最重要的是要盡量少吃熱量密度高的食物，控制熱量攝取，才能維持健康體重。

**攝取熱量密度高的食物 乳癌風險上升46%**

在西式飲食中，像全脂牛奶、高脂起司、冰淇淋等高脂乳製品、火腿、培根、香腸等加工肉品，以及白麵包、白飯、白麵條等精製類穀物，都屬於熱量密度高的食物。其他像蛋糕、甜點、糕餅、含糖飲料，以及披薩、炸薯條、洋芋片等速食食物，與番茄醬、美乃滋等醬料，熱量密度也都很高。

波倫博士指出，雖然研究沒有證實飲食會直接讓乳房變緻密，但研究數據卻顯示，常吃上述食物的女性，乳癌風險上升46%。

**採地中海飲食 乳癌風險降44%**

至於地中海飲食，則包括魚、蔬菜、豆類、水果、水煮馬鈴薯等，油脂以橄欖油、蔬菜油居多，果汁攝取量偏低。女性如果採取這種飲食習慣，乳癌風險便可下降44%。

研究團隊分析2007年10月到2008年7月間3500多名女性的乳房攝影紀錄，依乳房緻密程度分級，並比較她們的飲食習慣，在調整年齡、體重、更年期時間、抽菸史、家族病史、荷爾蒙治療病史、熱量攝取、酒精攝取等變數後，得到這樣的結論。研究成果近日已發表於國際《婦產科》醫學期刊。（Obstetrics and Gynecology）
