**美食當前聰明選**

若身體攝取的熱量沒有完全消耗，剩餘的熱量就會以脂肪的形式囤積在體內，當熱量累積達7700大卡就會增加約一公斤的體重，所以想要守護彼此的身材與健康，美食當前要有聰明選擇。

**五大祕訣遠離高熱量 兼顧身材與健康**

若想吃大餐又不想吃進太多熱量，臺南市政府衛生局提醒下列小秘訣可要謹記：

(1)主餐盡量選擇低脂肉品，如魚類、海鮮、雞肉，或是牛、豬、羊較低脂的部位。

(2)烹調方法選用蒸、烤、滷、涼拌等，可以減少額外的烹調油脂攝入。

(3)增加蔬菜量的攝取，蔬菜可以協助腸道蠕動，減少油脂吸收，排出身體多餘的廢物。

(4)避免過度加工品，因加工品含高油、鹽、糖等，熱量比天然的食物高出許多，並且含有許多添加物，對身體也是額外的負擔。

(5)最重要的是吃適當的份量，不過飽。
