#  感冒吃烤橘子 小心吃錯適得其反

感冒時，你也習慣吃烤橘子舒緩症狀嗎？但要小心，目前研究上仍未證實，尤其若屬於涼症，這時再吃熱橘子，恐造成反效果；中醫師羅明宇指出，雖然烤橘子有清熱化痰的效果，但若以為咳嗽吃熱橘子，不需就醫就能逐漸痊癒，恐怕還是得依照患者體質而異。

#### 橘子加熱變溫熱性 發揮祛寒效果

橘子屬於寒性水果，經過加熱後會轉為溫熱性，這時就會發揮祛寒效果；羅明宇中醫師表示，加上橘子富含維生素C等營養，可幫助氣管纖毛鬆動，達到化痰清熱，但頂多僅能幫助患者舒緩症狀，若想有效痊癒，建議仍需接受專業醫師治療較妥當。

#### 感冒轉為涼症 應避免吃烤橘子

羅明宇說，像是喉嚨腫痛、黃鼻涕等感冒初期的症狀，因屬於熱症，這時透過服用烤橘子，能幫助舒緩；但當感冒演變成頭痛、肌肉痠痛等症狀時，就已屬於涼症，這時就應避免再吃烤橘子。目前醫學研究上，並未有實證可證明，尤其以流感而言，一定得就醫服藥治療。

#### 出現感冒症狀 就醫治療較妥當

雖然感冒吃烤橘子不一定能見效，但柑橘類水果本身營養高，加上擁有纖維質，有助於維持免疫系統，平時適量食用，能幫助身體補充所需營養；羅明宇中醫師呼籲，有任何感冒症狀出現時，千萬別拖延，盡快就醫檢查，透過醫師專業診斷，給予治療及適合體質的飲食建議，才能打敗病毒。
