#  多吃花生、大豆 偏頭痛好的快

工作壓力大，許多人都有過偏頭痛問題，側邊太陽穴，會伴隨心跳及脈搏有不自主的抽痛現象，嚴重者可能會產生心悸、併發視力不佳現象，頭痛持續4～12小時，精神不濟、肢體無力，有時可能會有暈眩等症狀。

#### 10％～20％患者 視力疲勞、有幻象

很多都市人也有偏頭痛困擾，偏頭痛症狀以女性居多，與月經有很大的關係，在內分泌影響之下，偏頭痛的症狀會更劇烈，嚴重者可能併發噁心、嘔吐、畏光，大約有10％～20％的病人，會有視力方面的症狀，包含視覺疲勞、幻象等等，其中也有些患者會有耳鳴現象。

#### 睡眠差、氣候變化、飲食都會影響

許多患者認為是文明病而自行吃成藥解決，林高章, 奇美醫學中心神經內科醫師表示，睡眠不足、氣候變化、食物都會影響偏頭痛的形成，藥物可飛為急性緩解或慢性預防，提醒民眾勿亂服成藥若已經尋求醫師幫助，也切勿自行停藥。

#### 運動、穴道按摩、活絡血液

另外，秋冬早晚溫差大，易引發頭痛，在外接觸冷空氣後，盡快洗熱水澡，吹乾頭髮，除了藥物治療，非藥物治療也可以紓解頭痛，大部分的病患都需要充足休息時間，避免勞累過度，適時的運動如瑜珈、游泳等也能夠協助釋放壓力，另外，也可以透過按摩穴道讓氣血通順，活絡眼周血液循環。

飲食方面，可以多攝取含「鎂」的食物，如花生、核桃、大豆等，遵循低鈉飲食，頭痛症狀也可有效緩解，低脂蛋白，如豆漿、高纖碳水化合物如五穀根莖類、堅果類，都能有效預防頭痛。(文章授權提供／優活健康網)
