**沒日沒夜瘋玩寶可夢 青春痘爬滿臉**

今年的暑假特別熱，年輕學子最近都在瘋玩寶可夢，頂著大太陽，在公園裡穿梭著尋寶，中午就和同學一起吃吃喝喝，大多是吃高油高熱量及高GI飲食；晚上也可見到有人在公園裡等待著寶物出現，沒日沒夜的玩幾天下來，最顯而易見的變化，就是臉上青春痘直冒。

**學生常會趁著暑假整修門面**

李婉若, 雙和醫院皮膚科主任, 表示，炎熱的夏天，臉部容易出油，或是由於女性在月經期也會因為荷爾蒙的分泌，而特別容易長痘痘，再加上放暑假，學生常會趁著暑假來治療，以致暑假期間的門診中，確實是要比平常多見到青春痘病人；而在治療青春痘的藥物中，並沒有很多的變化，主要是以抗生素治療，並且以外用塗抹藥為主。

**研究顯示 低GI飲食使青春痘發生率降低**

根據研究顯示，低GI飲食可以使青春痘發生率降低，該項研究是以年輕男子做分析，一組是吃低GI飲食，另一組則是不限制飲食；結果發現，低GI飲食組的青春痘發生率下降，而且體重也有下降。原來高GI飲食會使血液中類胰島素生長因子濃度提高，促使毛囊阻塞，並且會刺激雄性激素生成，進而使皮脂容易分泌，就會容易長青春痘。

「GI」（Glycemic index）是指「**升糖指數**」，食物的GI值越高，表示血糖上升的速度越快；白飯、糯米飯、白吐司或白麵包，以及蛋糕、鬆餅、甜甜圈與碳酸飲料等的GI值都很高；糙米、五穀根莖類、蔬菜、水果和乳製品的GI值則較低。

**少吃高GI飲食+臉部清潔+充足睡眠**

李婉若建議，想要減少青春痘，除了用藥治療之外，就要少吃高GI飲食，減少油脂分泌，而且也要注意臉部清潔，更應該要早睡早起，因為有充足的睡眠，也是減少青春痘的重要因素。暑假已近尾聲，除了要趕快將青春痘治好之外，對於仍然在沈迷於尋找寶物的學子們，可得要收收心囉！
