#  中秋節烤肉要盡興 快準備中藥茶飲解膩

每年中秋節，就會聞到烤肉香，為了健康著想，可多選擇白肉和蔬果等食材，盡量不要烤紅肉；另外，中醫師並建議，可以準備解膩茶飲，一邊吃烤肉和月餅，一邊喝解膩茶飲，也可以顧腸胃健康。

#### 解膩茶飲助消化和顧脾胃

虞凱強, 台北市立聯合醫院林森中醫昆明院區中醫科醫師表示，吃燒烤或是辛辣的食物，會造成腸胃蠕動減弱，肝臟與脾胃的排毒和解毒功能也易增加負擔；所以，愛吃燒烤食物時，最好是能喝一些解膩茶飲，來幫助消化和顧及脾胃健康。

#### 山楂、蓮子、菊花可去濕去油與解熱

所以，在中秋節烤肉時，不妨準備一些以中藥調製的解膩茶飲。虞凱強醫師指出，由於台灣屬於海島型氣候，平常多濕熱，所以可用山楂與蓮子製成解膩茶飲，或是喝些菊花茶，這些茶飲可以顧脾胃之外，也可以去濕、去油與解熱。

#### 去油膩不宜吃滋陰枸杞

至於很多人常愛喝菊花枸杞茶，這時就不要添加枸杞；虞凱強解釋，因為枸杞具有滋陰作用，會讓人更加黏膩，想要去油膩時，就先不要吃枸杞。另外，還有山藥也是滋陰的食物，例如婦女更年期會有荷爾蒙缺乏，就可吃山藥來滋陰。

#### 茯苓、白朮與澤瀉理脾胃

虞凱強醫師並表示，濕熱體質者常會有解大便解不乾淨，而且大便會有濕黏現象，要沖大便時，也會黏在馬桶上沖不掉；這時就不適合吃滋陰的食材，甚至得使用理脾胃的中藥如茯苓、白朮與澤瀉等藥物，也可以喝些解膩的山楂或是菊花茶飲來改善。
