21歲的小婷是一名大學生，近日常出現悶悶不樂、情緒低落，不喜歡出門，不愛與人接觸，情緒起伏很大，容易發脾氣，時常不吃東西，常有頭痛、胸悶症狀出現，並常有想要自殺、自殘的情形，同學發現異狀後，帶她就醫詢問，醫師判斷小婷是精神異常引起的憂鬱症。

#### 憂鬱症為第2危險殺手 壓力是主因

根據世界衛生報告指出，憂鬱症已成為人類的第2危險殺手，加班熬夜後的空虛感、單身族群的孤獨感、在外工作的思鄉情感，單獨生活的人，多半會因為壓力太大，而有可能有此症狀發生，幾乎已成為現代人的文明病。

#### 逾2周心理低落 恐患憂鬱症

持續超過2周的心情低落、精神障礙伴隨生理機能失調，就有可能是憂鬱症，憂鬱症罹患的高峰期為40歲，男性約有1/10的比例會發生，而女性約有1/4的比例會發生，相較之下，女性比男性更加容易得到憂鬱症。

#### 反式脂肪及醣類 增憂鬱風險

另外，臨床研究已證明，反式脂肪酸以及糖類，都會促進發炎反應，增加憂鬱風險，反式脂肪包括奶茶、奶油、油炸物等等，還有平時較不常注意到的全脂牛奶、加工品貢丸、火腿、熱狗，油酥製品如綠豆糕、蛋塔、鹹派等都是好發憂鬱症的罪魁禍首。

#### 改變胃口 靠吃疏緩壓力

憂鬱症患者可能改變胃口，從吃很少變得暴飲暴食，因此患有憂鬱症的患者，並不一定都是骨瘦如柴，因為不喜歡出門，又較少與人接觸，因此只能靠吃來達到疏緩壓力的管道，許多憂鬱症患者因此越變越胖。

#### 鑽牛角尖、思緒突變 盡速求助

開業精神科醫師陳嬿伊表示，全台約有8.9％人口有憂鬱症狀，若有出現鑽牛角尖、思緒突變、心情低落超過2周，應盡速尋求醫師協助，有憂鬱症狀並不代表有憂鬱症，只要提早發現，及早治療，就有助於穩定情緒，對抗憂鬱。(文章授權提供／優活健康網)
