秋天的螃蟹黃多油滿、肉厚肥嫩，是一年中吃蟹的最佳季節，許多吃貨最愛品嚐秋蟹。不過，營養師提醒，吃螃蟹時不要同時吃柿子、番茄，也不建議配茶，以免高蛋白質與單寧酸結合成塊，影響腸胃蠕動容易發生便秘。

#### 吃一隻秋蟹 膽固醇攝取量超標

新光醫院營養課營養師楊雅晴指出，螃蟹的營養價值豐富，含有蛋白質、胺基酸及多種礦物質；但膽固醇含量也很高，平均每100克的螃蟹約含有267毫克膽固醇，吃下一隻肥美的秋蟹，很容易超過衛福部每日膽固醇建議攝取量300毫克。

#### 吃螃蟹有禁忌 這些食物勿同食

吃螃蟹有些食物不能同時間吃，楊雅晴營養師表示，螃蟹的高蛋白質遇上單寧酸的食物，如茶葉、柿子、番茄、紅酒、蔓越莓、藍莓等，會產生單寧酸蛋白，在胃中結塊有礙消化，並導致腸道蠕動減緩，可能造成便秘。

#### 配穀類最適合 能降膽固醇

楊雅晴營養師也提醒，螃蟹中的蟹黃為高普林食物，痛風患者應少碰為妙，以防尿酸結晶沉積關節，引起痛風發作；而高脂血症患者要斟酌食用，最好搭配燕麥、糙米等穀類，可避免膽固醇飆升。
