#  喝牛奶、配炸雞 鈣質都流失了！

想補充鈣質，食物烹飪、搭配方式很重要，如果烹飪、搭配方式不對，補鈣等於白補。骨質疏鬆症學會理事長吳至行指出，吃油炸、高油脂食物，油脂會包覆鈣質，產生皂化作用，導致鈣質吸收率大為下降，此時若吃鈣片，或牛奶等含鈣食物，補鈣效果就會大打折扣。

**補充鈣質 光靠高鈣食物是不夠的**

吳至行理事長表示，民眾想補充鈣質，建議多樣化攝取各種食物，很多人以為只吃芝麻、小魚乾等食物就能補鈣，其實光吃這些食物，補鈣效果可能不太夠，若又搭配油炸、高油脂食物，效果就更差。想讓身體擁有充足鈣質，均衡飲食、規律運動、每天曬太陽15到30分鐘，才是鈣質補充重要關鍵。

對營養學很有研究、藥廠總經理陳光冠表示，不少民眾骨質流失、出現骨質疏鬆症時，以為只要吃營養補充品、補鈣食物，就能減緩骨質流失、逆轉骨質流失狀況，這種想法並不正確，一旦發現骨質密度出現異常，就得盡快就醫、接受進一步檢查，必要時得積極治療，才成避免情況一再惡化。

**30歲後 骨骼代謝逐漸失衡**

吳至行醫師強調，高風險女性停經後、男性65歲開始，就要考慮接受專業骨密度檢查、篩檢，人體骨密度、骨骼代謝多在30歲後開始逐漸失去平衡，如果不好好保存骨本，不只容易提早老化，老年很容易就產生骨鬆、骨折問題。

**善用「骨折聯合照護服務」**
