#  兒時喝豆漿 可預防成年骨質流失

不只牛奶，豆漿、黃豆製品也可以幫助預防骨質流失。美國一項研究發現，小孩攝取豐富黃豆蛋白，可以預防成年骨質流失，小孩長大後，骨質會比較好，骨骼也較健康，這項研究成果已發表於線上版〈美國實驗生物學學會聯合會期刊〉（The FASEB Journal）。

**幼年喝豆漿 成年骨質較健康**

豆漿、豆腐等黃豆製品都含有大量黃豆蛋白。美國阿肯色大學醫學院研究團隊進行大鼠實驗發現，在幼年攝取豐富黃豆蛋白，有助預防成年嚴重骨質流失，這也是首次有具體證據顯示幼年、兒童時期攝取豐富黃豆蛋白，可以保護骨質、避免成年骨質大量流失。

美國阿肯色大學醫學院兒童營養中心骨骼發展實驗室研究員陳景然（音譯，Jin-Ran Chen）表示，幼年、兒童時期攝取適當營養，有助強化骨質，吃黃豆製品對身體有很多好處，其中也包含改善成年骨質流失問題。

**攝取黃豆蛋白 有利骨質生長**

研究團隊以大鼠進行實驗，研究人員將出生24到55天大幼鼠分成兩組，一組餵食黃豆蛋白分離物，大鼠飲食含有豐富黃豆蛋白，到了6個月大時，飲食改成一般飲食，另一組大鼠則從頭到尾採用一般飲食。研究人員也讓這些大鼠出現骨質流失現象，以模擬停經女性骨質流失現象。

研究人員分析兩組大鼠骨質流失情況，結果發現，幼年攝取大量黃豆蛋白的大鼠，成年骨質流失現象大為緩解。

〈美國實驗生物學學會聯合會期刊〉主編少魯․佩德森表示，兒童需要喝牛奶，以維持骨骼生長、骨骼強健，這樣的說法依然正確、沒有改變，但這項研究顯示，豆漿中的黃豆蛋白對骨骼生長也扮演重要角色，研究成果或許會對世界各地兒童健康帶來影響。
