#  秋天易引發呼吸道疾病 透過食療可改善

天氣漸漸轉涼，進入秋天，過敏體質的人得多注意了，因為秋天意指秋燥，除了容易乾燥外，也容易傷害人體水分津液，甚至肺部，這時就容易出現皮膚搔癢、鼻癢、打噴嚏等症狀；鄒曉玲, 奇美醫學中心中醫部總醫師, 指出，秋季是呼吸道疾病好發時節，臨床上，因過敏好發症狀的患者也因此有增加趨勢。

#### 肺容易邪氣侵犯 未好好保養恐犯病

以傳統中醫而言，秋天和人體的肺相呼應，尤其肺屬於容易邪氣侵犯的臟腑，包括鼻腔、氣管、支氣管、肺部和皮膚等都包含在肺系統內；鄒曉玲總醫師表示，想避免症狀加劇，最好的方式就是做好秋冬保養，尤其可從平時膳食保養開始。

#### 透過潤肺養陰藥膳 有效舒緩過敏發作

鄒曉玲說，若有乾咳少痰症狀出現，可選擇百合、山藥、秋葵、黑白木耳等，具有滋潤性質的藥膳作為保養食材，另外，藥膳食譜集錦中也曾提到一道貝母秋梨的潤肺養陰藥膳，利用川貝母、水梨和冰糖等食材，就能做出簡單的秋季食療方式，但要注意，因水梨偏寒性，若屬於怕冷、腸胃不佳、咳嗽痰多等虛寒體質者應減少食用。

#### 把握時間保養 避免過敏找上門

若屬於工作必須長時間講話者，建議則可利用這段期間，好好保養呼吸道且滋陰養肺，但患者若除了咽乾口燥，還容易感到疲憊且胸悶短氣等，則可酌量食用生脈飲緩減症狀；鄒曉玲總醫師提醒，把握時節好好保養，就不用害怕秋冬來臨之際，過敏症狀一發不可收拾。
