#  喝零卡飲料 也會增加糖尿病風險

許多人以為喝零卡可樂、零卡甜飲會比較健康，其實不然！瑞典一項研究發現，若一天喝兩瓶零卡可樂等零熱量甜飲，糖尿病風險會翻倍，如果一天喝5瓶以上，糖尿病風險更增加4.5倍之多。

**人工甜味劑 干擾腸道細菌生態**

瑞典卡羅琳絲卡研究院研究團隊分析2874名成年人整年的飲食紀錄，因而得到上述發現。研究作者懷疑，零卡可樂、零熱量甜飲中的人工甜味劑會干擾腸道細菌生態，如果喝零卡甜飲，還可能讓人更飢餓、更想吃含糖食物，進而增加第二型糖尿病風險。

研究學者指出，一個人每天多喝200毫升的含糖飲料，第二型糖尿病風險便增加21%；每天喝同樣份量的零卡甜飲，第二型糖尿病風險約上升18%。含人工甜味劑汽水、甜飲對身體的傷害，不亞於含糖飲料。研究成果已發表於〈歐洲內分泌學〉期刊（European Journal of Endocrinology）。

**零卡甜飲 反促進食慾**

研究首席作者喬瑟芬․羅芙芬伯格表示，零卡甜飲可能「刺激食慾」，導致體重上升。有一項假設認為，零卡甜飲會促進食慾，讓人吃更多食物，這樣的人，特別想吃含糖食物、含糖飲料，長時間下來，就會體重過重，而體重過重正是糖尿病的風險因子。

此外，人工甜味劑也會引起脂肪組織化學反應，干擾腸道細菌生態，讓好菌、壞運生態平衡受到破壞，這會讓身體葡萄糖耐受性變差，進一步誘發第二型糖尿病。研究人員未來想了解，吃魚油等健康食物是否能扭轉這樣的風險。

**整體生活習慣 可能造成影響**

英國糖尿病專家伊莉莎白․羅伯特森接受〈每日郵報〉（Daily Mail）訪問時表示，習慣喝零卡甜飲、含糖飲料的人，整體生活習慣比習慣喝白開水的人更不健康，這代表這些人較容易得第二型糖尿病，往後還需要進行更多零卡甜飲相關研究，才能有所定論。
